Upon arrival, my room was not ready. it had clearly not been cleaned properly. The sheets and towels were clean, but there was a lingering odor that was unsettling. I felt uncomfortable with the state of the room, as it didn't meet the advertised standards, and I encountered issues with the WiFi connection during my stay, which was very frustrating.

Just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the bustling Old Quarter, the location made it super easy to soak in local sights and sounds. The warm decor throughout the hotel, especially the beautiful antique furnishings, truly created a unique ambiance. By far, the standout moment was the wonderful breakfast spread. fresh Vietnamese coffee alongside a diverse menu made for perfect mornings. All these details made our time incredibly enjoyable and manageable, ensuring we felt at home after our adventures.

The location was superb, placing us right by charming cafés and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help with a genuine smile, creating a warm atmosphere.
